Our hand-drawn designs follow the same creative process as our 2D CAD-based plans, but with a more personal touch. These are ideal for simple designs, DIY weekend projects, or anyone who wants something unique—and frame-worthy!

💵 Pricing & Process

Typical Cost: $200 – $2500
Smaller Projects: Billed in full before final PDF is sent
Full Landscape Plans: Priced higher due to manual editing and color work
Delivery: PDF scan of the original drawing + optional color plan (add-on)

📌 Note: Revisions on hand-drawn plans take more time (and cost more) since they require physical changes—erasing, redrawing, and recoloring.
