How Our Commercial Design Process Works
Every commercial project starts with a free initial consult to understand the scope, the property, and who needs to sign off on the final design, since commercial projects usually involve more than one decision-maker. We gather site photos, measurements, and any available plot plans or site surveys, meeting in person when the property falls within our service area. A custom scaled draft plan is developed and reviewed with the client or project team, with revisions made before the plan is finalized. The completed plan is delivered digitally, with paper copies available on request, and we can refer trusted local contractors for installation when needed.

We’ll guide you on what to send—photos, measurements, or plot plans (if you have them). In Southern Utah? We would love to meet you in person. When we meet we’ll take the photos and measurements needed for landscape plan development if you choose to move forward with a design.
We create your draft plan
We use all the information gathered from our first meeting & create a custom scaled plan. Once the 1st draft is complete we review it with you for any changes ( 2d , 3d or Sketch ). This allows us to custom tailor your yard to your taste, space, goals, and budget. following this second meeting ( often online ) we move on to the 3rd and final meeting in the the design process.
Final plan & refferal
Upon completion of your plan we will schedule a meeting in person (or online). Your plan will be delivered via email & link(s). Paper copies can be provided upon request for a small charge.
We offer a contractor refferals for installation of the project if needed.

Developers, builders, and agencies located elsewhere in the country can use our remote design process, which produces the same scaled 2D and 3D plans using property data, surveys, and photos provided by the client or project team.
