Greg Berg | Founder and Lead Designer
Greg Berg founded Landscape Design Services, LLC after building a career in the landscape industry that began in the early 1990s. His experience includes landscape design, consulting, sales support, and working alongside landscape companies across the country.
Over more than three decades in the industry, Greg has helped hundreds of homeowners develop landscape projects and has supported landscape contractors and design-build companies with design and sales services. That background is an important part of the company's approach because the work is informed by years of seeing how landscape ideas move from an initial conversation to a finished installation.
Greg is involved in the design process and works directly with clients to understand the project, develop the plan, review revisions, and provide support as the design moves toward installation.
Killian Griffin | Landscape Designer
Killian Griffin brings a horticultural background and a strong interest in sustainable landscape design to the team. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Plant Science and has practical experience in nursery production, organic farming, and residential landscape design, installation, and maintenance.
His experience gives him an understanding of plants beyond their appearance. Plant selection involves considering growing conditions, function, mature size, maintenance, and the relationship between the plant and the surrounding landscape. Killian has a particular interest in ecologically sustainable landscapes and the use of native plants.
His work also includes community involvement focused on sustainable gardening and pollinator-friendly landscape practices.
