Our site services provide on site design services for Homeowners and contractors our site services include but are are not limited to things such as plant and project layout, Tree placement, low volt lighting, Planter selection delivery and placement. General-project oversight,troubleshooting plants , spriniders & low volt lights, Walk throughs on site consults that may or may not Include a plan. Site services are only available in Southern Utah with limited ute services in mid and northern Utal Ou Utah. Outstate request are are looked ot and considered on a case by case basis
What are SITE SERVICES for homeowners and contractors ?
Often times it is bennificail for a designer to be on site during construction. In particular larger projects can benefit from a designer coming out to the site and working with installation crews to: Layout the project by painting it to scale on the ground.
Landscape designers often will layout the plants as they know the ultimate size they will grow to. As designers we do our best to place the plant in the precise location better locations may be apparent during the install process requiring shifts in planting plans. this is where the keen eve of a Designer comes in handy
How Our Site Services Process Works
Start With a Free Initial Consultation
The first step is a phone conversation about your property and your project. We discuss what you are hoping to accomplish, the current condition of the landscape, the features you want to include, your general style preferences, and how you plan to use the finished space.
Contractors can also use this conversation to explain the client's goals, project scope, sales requirements, and the type of plan or presentation their company needs.
Early on we discuss what onsite needs you have for the designer to be present
As your project progresses
we stay in touch with the contractor (or home owner) to assist as needed during the installation process
How is site services Billed?
Site services is billed out hourly in 15min increments & billed upon completion
